Agriculture runs deep in Berkeley Springs and it shines through our cuisine. Every Sunday, April through November, the Berkeley Springs Farmers Market features locally harvested produce, handmade cheeses, and cottage goods from local producers and farmers.
The spring season harkens Appalachian delicacies like pungent ramps (wild garlic) and delicious morel mushrooms forged from the surrounding mountains to your plate at Lot 12 Public House under the watchful eye of Chef Damian Heath.
The fall harvest season kicks off in September with wild grown pawpaws celebrated at the Paw Paw Festival and ends with hand churned apple butter made in the streets of Berkeley Springs at the annual Apple Butter Festival.
