From IMBA-designed black diamond downhill runs to blue tech, green flow and berms, drops, jumps, rocks, and everything in between, there is a smile-making ride for every style and skill.
If single-track isn’t your thing, no worries. You can cruise along the C&O canal through the Paw-Paw Tunnel or pedal mile after mile on uncrowded, beautiful country roads.

Mountain Biking at Cacapon Resort State Park
Cacapon Resort State Park is quickly becoming a premier mid-Atlantic mountain biking destination.
If you’re a mountain biker and haven’t ridden the Cacapon State Park trails, you must get here ASAP! With over 30 miles of trails (and many more under construction), a pump track, and jumps and drops skills park there is something for every rider’s skill and style.
Enjoy old-school Appalachia single track on Central and Homestead. Flow through green berms on Easy Flow and Rock and Roll. Navigate blue tech lines along Middle-Fork and Giddy Up. And, more experienced riders can test their skills on the famous IMBA-designed black-diamond rocky technical descent, Thunderstruck.
